High School diploma general education (GED).Įxperience preferred, but will train or promote willing individual.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia. Maintains all proper sanitation practices. Performs all necessary tasks to service guests, answers guest questions, knows room service menu and wine list. Clears all trays and carts form corridors and landings. Performs as a team with other servers to produce Rocking guest service.
Makes sure supervisor approves side work before leaving. Restocks items brought to dish room to be cleaned: coffee cups, saucers, creamer cups, trays, coffee pots, glasses (wine glasses, water goblets), and silverware. Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled. This position delivers orders and/or amenities to guest rooms.
